We traverse hundreds of kilometres and source our mustard seeds directly from the farmers of Bharatpur and Hathras region of Uttar Pradesh. We then let the seeds sun-dry for a few days to ensure better taste and aroma before pressing them to obtain mustard oil.

We use cold-press technology to ensure that the nutrients remain intact. Then, we let the oil sit for sedimentation for 2-3 days. Following this, we sieve filter the mustard oil.
